Seminar "Return to Self"

Costa Rica has a natural splendor that leaves no one indifferent. Covered in tropical rainforest, it is located between the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. Costa Rica is known for its beaches, volcanoes and biodiversity. About a quarter of its area is made up of protected jungle, mountains and rivers, lush vegetation and extremely rich flora and fauna. It is home to hummingbirds, multicolored butterflies, spider monkeys, jaguars and quetzals, among other things.

"Reborn to oneself, in the heart of nature"

Such is the intention of this trip which takes place in two stages in two places selected for their beauty, their location and their resonance with the theme.

First step : " Empty "

​

A time of contemplation and work on oneself in order to reconnect with the essential .

An immersion in our nature in the heart of Nature...

The first place located in the heart of the country is the ideal setting for the work of introspection and cleansing. The discreet "El Salto de la Novia" waterfall, the craters of the Irazù Volcano and the heady song of the oropendulas will accompany and punctuate our work.

Second step :  " Fill Up "

​

A time of pleasure, well-being, sharing and discovery in order to express what is essential and to integrate the changes initiated during the first stage.

The second place located in the heart of the lush jungle bordering the Caribbean Sea is the ideal setting for the work of integration and harmonization.

The turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, its heavenly beaches, its lush jungle and its omnipresent cheerful fauna will be our partners.

Estimated budget on site :

The budget for on-site expenses varies significantly depending on the group's choices (activities, meals, etc.).

In order to facilitate and centralize the management of expenses, an envelope of € 1,000 is requested from each participant no later than one month before departure.

This envelope corresponds to a high estimate of on-site expenses . The balance due, calculated individually and on a day-to-day basis, is then reimbursed no later than one month after the return.

To give an idea, the budget per person during the last trip to Costa Rica (a country more expensive than Guatemala) was on average € 750 .

This envelope includes:

Transportation

Rental, for the duration of the stay, of a 12-seater minibus type Hyundai H1 + fuel.

Accommodation

1 night in a 3* hotel  the day of arrival in San José +1 night in a 4* hotel the day before departure + 10 nights in an eco-lodge.

Meals

All meals (in a restaurant or, most often, prepared together).

Activities

Any activities and excursions suggested in the provisional programme.

The amount of the envelope does not take into account:

- personal expenses-

- optional insurance

Plane tickets :

​

Airline ticket prices fluctuate and are at their lowest approximately 5 months before departure.

For a direct flight Paris/San José you have to count on around 900 €.

For a flight with a stopover (avoid stopovers in the USA) it is possible to find one for 650 €.

We will coordinate in the reservation of your tickets for the flights Paris-San José / San José-Paris, at the latest until November 25, 2022.

The Accompaniment:

(workshops, lessons and individual sessions):

Fixed rate of € 990 /person for 11 days.

​

Taking these different elements into account, it is therefore appropriate, for safety, to provide for a total budget of € 3,000.

​

Registration methods :

​

This seminar is open to those who have already participated in at least one Self-Intuition course.

A preliminary interview (live or by Skype) will allow everyone to ensure that expectations correspond to what is offered.

Registrations are open until November 01, 2022.

Registration for the seminar is validated upon receipt of payment of the accompanying fees.
